Description
These epsom salts can be used to relieve occasional constipation, or can be applied to sprains, bruises, or boils. They are also commonly used in the bath as bath salts, and can help to ease stress. They help to treat aching or sore muscles and sports injuries, and are ideal for foot baths.
Usage Instructions:
For the relief of occasional constipation, take by mouth 1 to 3 5ml teaspoons (5-15g), dissolved in 250ml water. Flavour with fruit juice if desired.
For external use, dissolve 1 tablespoon in a small cup of warm water and apply with lint or cotton wool to the affected area.

Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate.
Warnings:
Do not use it during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.
Do not use it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, or are sensitive to magnesium sulphate heptahydrate.
Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original package. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
